Additional info/contents	Blown Flowers invites you to let your imagination run wild: We are in a flower meadow in spring. The morning is dawning, it is getting lighter and lighter. The first rays of sunshine make the dew disappear and the flowers open their blossoms. Storms arise, the wind ruffles the idyll. In the Adagio, the flower meadow shines in its most beautiful splendour. Another thunderstorm rolls in, and as the weather changes, the flowers fade and the dandelion blossoms give way to spherical seeds. Finally, a strong gust of wind blows away the last remnants of the floral splendour. This work begins with a mysteriously sounding introduction, which merges into a rhythmically strongly accentuated main section. This is followed by a very lyrical and expressive Adagio, at the climax of which the entire orchestra takes over the flugelhorn solo.
