Additional info/contents	This piece is a successful and rewarding task for three clarinets. The effect is achieved through fluid performance, fast tempo and the interaction of soloists and orchestra. The solo part should begin with a rich tone, the following figures should be played loosely and rhythmically. In the Coda play the cadenza towards the fermata (2nd bar) with clear ritenuto. The accentuations and inserts are to be clearly emphasized. Then observe the dynamics as prescribed, play out the eighth figures and finish with crescendo. The orchestra follows the soloists without covering them up. In the 2nd part (after Fine) do not play the bass solo in ff, but clearly marcato. The interjections in part 1 (trp., pos.) adapt rhythmically exactly to the soloists, as do the tenors in the Coda (5 bars before the end).
