Additional info/contents	Reed's First Suite for Band was completed in 1975 as a commission for the Edmonton Public School Symphonic band in Edmonton, Canada. Each of the work's four movements has a descriptive one-word title. Gallop, the final movement of the suite, is American circus music. For a tempo indication, the composer has added the tongue in cheek advice 'As fast as possible (but no faster!)'
