Waignein schrieb dieses Werk für Sopran oder Tenor und Blasorchester, aber es ist auch ein sehr schönes Stück für diverse Soloinstrumente, wie Flöte, Oboe, Klarinette in B, Altsaxophon oder Trompete und Blasorchester.Der Komponist widmete dieses "Ave Maria" selbstverständlich seiner Mutter. "Ave Maria" is an excerpt from the "Missa Solemnis" written by André Waignein for the regional council in the Aosta Valley, Italy. Waignein wrote this work for soprano or tenor and wind orchestra, but it is also a very beautiful piece for various solo instruments, such as flute, oboe, clarinet in B flat, alto saxophone or trumpet and wind orchestra.The composer naturally dedicated this "Ave Maria" to his mother.
