Additional info/contents	This version of the St. Mark Passion was written for wind orchestra, narrator, mezzo-soprano (or alto) and baritone and is therefore different from most other Passions, which are designed for choir, soloists and orchestra. The texts from the Gospel of Mark have been used in their entirety, making this Passion unique. The words of the Evangelist can also be performed in another language to make the work more accessible to the respective audience. The vocal parts should always be sung in German because of the complex rhythms. This work is very special in every respect and offers a truly overwhelming experience for the audience!
