Additional info/contents	This work was commissioned by the Japanese Rokko Verde Wind Orchestra. It describes in a musical way aspects of the beautiful and open home town of the wind orchestra - the city of Kobe, seat of the prefectural administration of Hyogo - but also the hope felt after the Hanshin Awaji earthquake in 1995. Satoshi Yagisawa uses an atmospheric chorale as the cornerstone of the piece, which is written in his recognizably dynamic style.
