Additional info/contents	This concert march does not place high demands on the performers and is therefore suitable for many different orchestras. The instrumentation is designed in such a way that even smaller formations can play Orion without significant changes in the overall sound. The almost continuous rhythmic pulse in the percussion gives this majestic march a noble character. A short recommendation of the composer for conductors: Unfortunately, certain performances are either too slow (so that it becomes "sluggish") or too fast (lacking the musical tension and the right character): I think that each conductor should decide for himself/herself what he/she likes best, without forgetting the basic idea of 'Slow March'.
