Additional info/contents	Zeraim (Hebrew for 'seeds) was completed in December of 2003. Although commissioned, it remained unperformed for almost five years. It is scored for mezzo-soprano and soprano saxophone with a chamber orchestra consisting of flute, bass clarinet, horn, cello and percussion. Zeraim is an extremely complex and technically difficult composition. The original score bears the inscription from 'The Book of Blessings' after a poem by Zelda.
