Unlike The Kesten Suite for Flute and Tuba and The Kole Suite for Flute and Violin, it is in a standard three-movement format. The movements are titled: In all the corners of our being, A glimpse of time, A flash of recognition. The percussion part is scored for marimba, vibraphone, xylophone and temple blocks.
