Additional info/contents	Serenade for Solo Clarinet and Band was dedicated to Anthony Gigliotti. Gigliotti was the principal clarinet player for the Philadelphia Orchestra for 47 years and was a huge influence on Wilson Junior High School's band director, Mich Sturman. The solo clarinet part in the piece is meant to challenge the player while making him or her feel successful. This piece was meant to inspire young students to rearch new levels of musicality while catering to their current technical abilities.
