The introduction, which is lively and spectacular, immediately immerses us in the atmosphere of Broadway, and all the sections of the band are presented. The trumpet solo, the clarinet solo and the percussion solo are three intermezzi that interrupt the continuation of the work. The work is concluded in a finale that takes us back to the initial theme - this time more richly enhanced. Broadway Impressions est une oeuvre aux parfums de la musique américaine. L'introduction est pétillante et spectaculaire. La musique nous immerge magnifiquement dans les ambiances de Broadway. Chaque pupitre dévoile ses cartes. Trois solos instrumentaux (trompette, clarinette, percussions) forment autant d'intermezzi qui interrompent la continuité de l'oeuvre. Broadway Impressions se conclut sur un finale qui reprend de matériel thématique initial dans un schéma plus ample. In Broadway Impressions heeft de muziek een Amerikaans tintje. De levendige en spectaculaire inleiding dompelt ons onder in de atmosfeer van Broadway, waarbij alle scties van het orkest worden gepresenteerd. De trompetsolo, de klarinetsolo en de slagwerksolo vormen drie intermezzi die de voortgang van het werk onderbreken.
