Additional info/contents	The Austrian singer, pianist and pedagogue Theresa Hemedinger approaches the allegorical text in a modern style that expresses the pain and joy of Mary in an adequate sound. The three verses are clearly separated from each other: After the first verse, which is rich in polyphonic garlands, the second verse sets a painful accent, evoked by chromatisms and dissonances. In the six-part third verse, Hemedinger reinforces the unaltered melody by means of soprano tenor unisono, which, emphasizing the timeless character of the event, is carried by sonic-static harmonies.
