Additional info/contents	"Belvedere", in English 'beautiful' view, is how castles, palaces, streets, squares and even hotels were named in former times, from where charming views of the surroundings were possible. Klaus-Peter Bruchmann has musically captured some of the 'views' in this concert piece for good middle school orchestras! "Belvedere" is hte Italian term for "beautiful view". A mansion, which is located on a hill and offers such a beautiful view over wonderful landscapes, formerly was called "Belvedere". But also magnificent buildings like the palace of pince Eugen in Vienna is called "Belvedere". The first part is light and cheerful. The middle part contains a beautiful English horn solo which can alternatively be played by alto-saxophone or fluegelhorn. The third part goes back to the delighted sound of the first part.
