Additional info/contents	Fritz Neuböck wrote the fanfare "Four Quarters" for the anniversary concert at the Brucknerhaus in Linz on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the Upper Austrian Wind Band Association. The piece was premiered with 4 trumpets, 4 horns, 3 trombones, 2 euphonies, tuba, 2 percussion instruments as well as a distance ensemble consisting of 2 trumpets, horn and tuba. In retrospect, the composer also arranged "Four Quarters" for large wind orchestra. The work basically consists of two parts, which combine tradition and modernity, which are exemplarily lived in the wind orchestra.
