Este medley vai certamente ao encontro das bandas que querem ter boa música portuguesa no seu repertório e que fará vibrar a audiência com os temas de 'Barco Negro”, 'Lisboa Menina e Moça”, 'Foi Deus” e 'Adeus”, fados e canções muito associados à cidade de Lisboa, daí o autor lhe chamar 'Fantasia Alfacinha”. Com um excelente arranjo de execução não complicada, Álvaro Reis mostra a sua musicalidade também como Arranjador a qual está já reconhecida como compositor.
