Additional info/contents	This is one of the pieces written especially for the Diamond Jubilee celebrations of the International Staff Band in October 1951, and in keeping with the occasion it is widely conceived, the music throughout powerful, rhythmic and always expressive of the Thanksgiving theme. New Zealand composer Dean Goffin has created something of a challenge for even the best bands with this work, but you get the feeling that every moment spent in rehearsal is justified.
