Additional info/contents	This composition for young bands uses only six notes, concert Bb, to G. It is based on a 'straight-ahead' rock feel which is reinforced by band members' hand claps. It features elements of jazz styles including a trumpet break, pedal point for brass and timpani and a stop-chorus percussion solo. The use of a tied rhythm, which first appears in m.4, will introduce students to the concept and feeling of syncopation. Feel free to add a drum set or any other percussion instrument using the written notation as a guide.
