Then the robots begin their dance anew. 2nd movement: "Appearance of the beautiful princess and her entourage". To a graceful waltz, the princess first enters the stage alone. Funny companions appear, followed by distinguished ladies and gentlemen. The entire company and the princess dance. 3rd movement: "Dance of the magician". To the beat of the tam-tam, the magician "floats" onto the stage from the background. He moves slowly in wide arcs and makes sweeping gestures. Then he begins a wild dance. 4th movement: "Pierrot and Pierrette". Clownery and merry goings-on. 5th movement: "Finale". In the short finale, all the masks stride off gravitationally.
