Additional info/contents	Open air concert for trumpet choir, timpani and 2 wind orchestras; The 'Encounter' by Gottfried Veit was commissioned by the South Tyrolean government to celebrate the twentieth anniversary of the founding of ARGE-ALP (Working Community of the Alpine Countries). It was first performed on 14 May 1992 at the major concert of the thirteen member countries of this working community in the main square of Ortisei in Val Gardena.
