Additional info/contents	Diese 5 Duos entstanden im Herbst 1995 und es wird darin versucht, die spieltechnischen Möglichkeiten des Instruments so im Klang umzusetzen, daß sowohl professionelle Spieler als auch Laien daran Gefallen finden können. Als wesentliche Zielsetzung stand die Freude am Spielen im Vordergrund. In allen Sätzen sind die Stimmführungen ausgewogen; kontapunktische und kanonische Linienführungen betonen die Gleichwertigkeit der Stimmen. These Five Duets for 2 flutes were composed in autumn 1995. In these pieces, I triedto transform the potential of the intrument in terms of playing techique into a sound that appeals both to professional players and amateurs. Fun of playing was one of my major objectives, All movements feature a well-balanced conduct of voices; contrapuntal and canonic lines emphasize the equal value of all parts. Les Cinq Duos pour 2 flûtes ont été concous durant l'automne 1995. J'ai essayé dans ces morceaux de transposer sur le plan sonore les possibilités techniques de l'intrument de facon á ce qu'aussi bien les joueurs professionnels que les amateurs y trouvent du plaisir. Le plaisir de jouer a ainsi toujours occupé une place pr'pondérante dans le réalisation du but que je m'étais principalement fixé.
