Brief description |
These songs I have sung to my children every night since they were born, and so this recording is for them and for the "wee folk" of this world. The Celtic harp is a soothing sound by nature, but nothing will soothe a child faster than lullabies on solo Celtic harp. I include my favorite classical piece, the Brahms Lullaby; several Celtic airs such as "The Castle of Dramore," "My Bonnie," "Garton Mother's Lullaby," and "Cockles and Mussels," my own lullaby, "Touch of the Master's Hand," and several contemporary favorites. Words to the songs are printed inside the jacket so that you can sing these beautiful lullabies to your own children or grandchildren. All pictures for this recording are of my own children! Total playing time: 63:34 |
