The idea of organizing the world winter games for brass bands came into being under the auspices of Mayor Josef Amon in Grundlsee. This event is planned as an organized sports weekend for musicians of brass bands. Apart from the sporting events the emphasis lies on the relaxed and convivial atmosphere for which musicians are well known. |
