Additional info/contents This is the first volume of sheet music for horn solo and piano from Brave Belgians, an extensive study by Dr. Jeroen Billiet on Ghent’s rich horn-playing tradition during the late 19th and early 20th centuries. The project comprises four volumes of sheet music for horn solo (Vol. I-IV), one volume for horn ensemble (Vol. V), and a doctoral dissertation that provides an in-depth exploration of this musical heritage. The five volumes are available separately, as is the doctoral dissertation. The box set containing all the volumes can be found here, and the complete set, including the doctoral thesis, is available here.
