Additional info/contents	With Marimbanella, a -Spicy Latin for Band- the composer paints a vivid picture of a street scene somewhere in Mexico, possibly on a beach promenade in Veracruz or Acapulco. It is Saturday evening, the day was hot, the cafes and bars are open and music is playing everywhere and people are strolling along in rhythm through the evening twilight. On the plaza, the band accompanies the scene and, driven by the haunting rhythm, no one can keep their feet still. This original composition for wind orchestra is ideal for an entertainment concert, especially if the theme is Caribbean or Latin America or if a good portion of exotic wanderlust is to be spiced up with a holiday atmosphere. The possibilities for incorporating show elements are almost endless, and the musicians are also welcome to move in the typical dance moves during the breaks.
