Additional info/contents	"All of life consists of change. Sometimes change comes insidiously, hardly noticed, and sometimes it comes suddenly, with a lot of friction. No matter how - life is always exciting!" Andreas Simbeni composed this popular music work for wind orchestra under this motto. After a short introduction, the main theme is heard for the first time in bar 12, interrupted again and again by short, ever slightly changing interjections creating tension and friction. A contrapuntal form is heard briefly as a transition to the middle section (bar 44). The repetitive middle section (bar 56) turns into a swing in the second part (bar 64), until finally the main theme is heard again and an attempt is made to get as close as possible to a big band sound through constantly condensing instrumentation.
