Additional info/contents	Since 1968 Paul Schollaert wrote lyrics and music for the seven-yearly Virga Jesseommegang in Hasselt. Three of the most beautiful motets for the Virga Jesse celebrations were published by Euprint and recorded on CD by Capella di Voce. They are gems that shine in their simplicity. Any choir with a sense of challenge can handle these songs, thanks to Paul Schollaert's well-known pedagogical approach: not only does he know how to write a comfortable melodic voice through years of choral experience, he also unfolds the music in a way that is immediately clear to everyone, so that the structure and writing are clear and the song can be learned more quickly.
