Additional info/contents	In 2016 bestond harmonie St. Caecilia uit Doornenburg 100 jaar en speciaal voor deze gelegenheid werd de mars “Thorn Castle” geschreven door dirigent van de harmonie, Emile Stoffels. Het werk is sterk geïnspireerd door de bekende tune van de TV serie Floris, opgenomen in het kasteel van Doornenburg en onlosmakelijk verbonden met dit mooie dorp in de Betuwe. Statige koper passages worden afgewisseld met melodieuze thema’s in het hout, waarmee het unieke karakter van dit bijzondere dorp muzikaal wordt uitgebeeld.
