Additional info/contents	"Stroke of Fate" - A stroke of fate. A story about a tragic catastrophe, the hope afterwards, visions of the future and thoughts of earlier times. The work consists of two parts: Adagio lamentabile - (slow, wailing): A quiet part at the beginning describes all the abandoned ruins and devastated landscapes shortly after the catastrophe. Shortly afterwards, hope is rekindled, leading to a great vision of the future that predicts better times. The composition rises here from the softest pianissimo to a majestic-sounding forte. Allegro moderato - (fast): A fast section describes the actual catastrophe. Two themes are juxtaposed, one describing the foreboding beforehand and the other the devastation. This part is inspired by the style of British folk music.
