Additional info/contents	This polka was written for the St. Catherine’s Day Masked Ball at the Redouten Hall in Vienna. It accompanies the Kathreintanz--the dance on the last Saturday before November 25, and is dedicated to his first wife, Henriette Strauss. Deze polka heeft hij geschreven ter gelegenheid van het gemaskerd bal op St. Catharina’s dag, op de laatste zaterdag voor 25 november, in de Redouten zaal in Wenen. Strauss droeg het werk op aan zijn eerste vrouw Henriette Strauss.
