Additional info/contents	Xi Shui Chang Liu was written by Dr. Liang Wern Fook, awardee of Singapore Cultural Medallion 2010. He is considered the founder of the xinyao (Singapore folk songs) movement in Singapore, and many of his songs became evergreen hits, most notably Xi Shui Chang Liu which was performed at national events like Sing Singapore and National Day Parade.
