The composition "European Journey" by contemporary composer Laszlo Zempleni is an artistic journey through the diverse sounds of Europe. This musical adventure brings together seven songs from different European countries, each with its own cultural identity and language. By integrating these songs, Laszlo Zempleni creates a musical collage that celebrates the cultural diversity of Europe.

- "Laß' Doch meine Jugend" (German): This German song, translated as "Let my youth yet", reflects a sentimental mood. The text speaks of the longing for youth and the transience of life.
- "My native land" (Irish): "My native land" is an Irish song that highlights the love of home and the beauty of the Irish landscape. The melody and lyrics reflect the connection with nature and the history of Ireland.
- "Ah mon beau chateau" (French): This French song, translated as "Oh, my beautiful castle", tells about the elegance and splendor of a castle. The French language gives the piece a romantic and dreamy atmosphere.
- "Kom, skal i klippe" (Norwegian): The Norwegian song "Kom, skal i klippe" calls for people to go to the mountains together. The melody reflects the Nordic landscape and calls for shared adventures.
- "Moj llokumja me sheqer" (Albanian): The Albanian song "Moj llokumja me sheqer" sings about sweets and sweet memories. The melody is lively and solemn, and the Albanian language gives the piece a unique sonic nuance.
- "Ma come balli bella bimba" (Italian): "Ma come balli bella bimba" is an Italian song that celebrates the lightness of life and the joy of dancing. The Italian language adds to the liveliness and energy of the piece.
- "Az oláhok, az oláhok" (Hungarian): This Hungarian song, translated as "The Wallachians, the Wallachians", tells about the traditional customs and way of life of the Wallachians, an ethnic group in Hungary. The melody is characterized by folkloristic authenticity.

"European Journey" by Laszlo Zempleni is a captivating musical narrative that highlights the diversity of Europe. The use of songs in different languages and styles creates a sonic journey through the continent's cultural landscape. The composition not only serves as a tribute to the diversity of Europe, but also as an artistic expression of the universal language of music, which builds bridges between different cultures and connects people on an emotional level. "European Journey" reminds us that music as a medium has the ability to overcome cultural boundaries and celebrate similarities.
