Additional info/contents	This work was commissioned by the band of the Asociación de Amigos de la Música de Yecla (Murcia) to write the presentation pasodoble to be used at the Valencia International Band Competition 2007. The name refers to one of the Arabic names found in history books about the town of Yecla. It is a pasodoble with classical reminiscences and a harmonic and tonal overlay with a more modern character. The alto saxophone solo in the first theme is a tribute to the leader of the Yecla band himself, Maestro Ángel Hernández Azorín, a teacher of this instrument.
