The Aborigines, the indigenous Australians, are among the oldest peoples on earth. With the arrival of the Europeans, their doom seemed sealed. The secrets of this people fascinate to this day and were the inspiration for this composition.
- Aboriginal Spirit: The ability to connect natural forces with one's own harmony is a unique ability of the Aborigines, developed over centuries. For them, the balance of the trinity of nature, humanity, and creation is an essential factor for happiness and contentment.
- Primeval Sound and Dreamtime: The tens of thousands of years old stories from the Dreamtime—creation in Aboriginal mythology—shaped not only the beliefs of the Aboriginal people, but also their lives and laws. Ancestor worship and special rituals are still highly valued today.
- Running Hunter: The Aborigines are extremely skilled hunters and fast runners with great endurance. Hunting instruments such as the saber are used in many Aboriginal cultures. Weapons such as the boomerang testify to their extraordinary hunting skills.
- Uluru (Red Rock): Uluru, also known as Ayers Rock, which rises 348 meters high from the desert landscape of Central Australia, is the country's natural landmark. For the Aborigines, it is a sacred site that, however, did not exist in its present form at the beginning of the Dreamtime.
- Encounter with the White Men: Unfortunately, it was not until the end of the 20th century that "white people" realized that the Aborigines were not savage, cultureless Stone Age people, but possibly one of the oldest human races, whose culture and traditions can be traced back in unbroken tradition to the beginning of creation, to the Dreamtime.
- Bushfire: Fire has been present on the Australian continent for millions of years. Many of the native plants and animals have had to take this into account in their evolution and have adapted optimally to the conditions. They live in a very special symbiosis with the constantly recurring bushfires.
