Additional info/contents This anthem was commissioned by The Friends of the Music, Holy Trinity Church, Stratford-upon-Avon for Shakespeare Sunday, 1999. The lyric is an unusual version of Psalm 150 by Mary Herbert, Countess of Pembroke, from the Psalms of David (1599).

Following its premiere Jubilate Deo has received many performances in the following varied arrangements made by the composer:
