Additional info/contents	This three-movement piece is about the sea and its inhabitants. In the first movement, the music explores the black depths of the sea, where only creatures adapted to the extreme conditions, such as luminescent fish, can prey. This is followed by a battle between two giants of the ocean - the sperm whale and the giant octopus. The third movement is about the blue whale, one of the many sea creatures threatened by humans. Blue Horizons draws attention to a magnificent piece of nature and also broadens musical horizons.
