Additional info/contents	This composition by Bertrand Moren portrays various dreams that leave a lasting impression on the dreamer. The first movement sends icy shivers down the spine with dissonant chords and aggressive percussion. In the following movement, all the soloists in the brass band are called upon to play cheerful and gentle melodic lines in turn. A virtuoso trombone cadenza leads into the last movement, which conjures up visions of madness with impetuous discordant motifs. Dreams demands a lot from all the musicians and the conductor, but is an excellent opportunity to present the brass band at the highest level.
