Additional info/contents	Featuring lots of exciting ensemble writing and solos by alto and trumpet, this energetic samba written for Hall HIgh School in Westford Connecticut makes an excellent finale to any big band program. To enhance stylistic authenticity, Fedchock suggests the addition of some Latin percussion instruments, provided their sound is light, not heavy (guiro, shaker or conga would probable work best). In his score notes he also gives specific directions for shortening the lengthy alto solo, if desired.
