(USA) und Willson Instruments (Schweiz) für seine über 30 Jahre währende Zusammenarbeit mit diesen Firmen bestellt. Dieses dreisätzige und 19 minütige Werk wurde 2004 vollendet und Brian Bowman hat es mit dem Symphonieorchester der Wisconsin-Madison University im September 2005 in den USA uraufgeführt. Dieses Werk, in den Händen von Meistervirtuosen, wird die Klang- sowie die technisch-musikalischen Eigenschaften des Euphoniums zur Geltung bringen. Besondere Aufmerksamkeit wurde den lyrischen Möglichkeiten des Instrumentes geschenkt, dies auch in den eher rhythmisch und technischen Sätzen. Completed in 2004, this three movements, 19 minutes work was premiered by Professor Bowman in September 2005 with the University of Wisconsin-Madison Symphony Orchestra. It is intended to showcase the tone, range technical and musical capabilities of the euphonium in the hands of a master performer. Particular attention has been paid to the lyrical qualities of the instrument, even in the more rhythmic and technical outer movements.
