Additional info/contents	In Time für Bassposaune, Klavier und Schlagwerk ist ein acht Minuten langes einsätziges Werk, das 1989 geschrieben wurde. Für dieses Werk, beauftragt von David Titcomb, inspirierte ich mich von den Ereignissen am Tienanmen Platz und habe es deren Opfern gewidmet. Obwohl kein lineares Programm für In Time besteht, haben die Bilder der dramatischen Bravourakte gegenüber den überwältigenden Militärkräften und der Verrat der chinesischen Regierung an seinem Volk dieses Werk geprägt. David Sampson In Time for bass trombone, piano and percussion is a single movement, eight minute work written in 1989. Commissioned by David Titcomb, the work was inspired by the events at Tiananmen Square and is dedicated to the victims. Although there is no direct linear program for In Time, the dramatic images of bravery against overwhelming military force and the sense of betrayal by the Chinese government to its people permeate the work. Pour cette pièce, commandée par David Titcomb, le compositeur s'est inspiré des événements de la Place Tienanmen et l'a dédiée aux victimes.
