Additional info/contents	SHIMA (jap. Shima no kuni) oder Shishü war eine der historischen Provinzen Japans auf einer Halbinsel im südöstlichen Teil der modernen Präfektur Mie. Sie gehörte zum Tokaido. Shima, eine florierende Fischfangregion, grenzte an die Provinz Ise und war die kleinste aller Provinzen. Das Werk kennzeichnet sich durch eine durchgehende Basslinie und eine leicht ins Ohr gehende Melodie abwechselnd getragen vom Holz- bzw. Blechregister aus. Auch dem Schlagwerk kommt eine tragende Rolle zu. Sehr rockig!
